To ensure consistency and high-quality proceedings, all participants are requested to prepare their contributions according to the official ECOpole 2026 templates and formatting guidelines. The conference accepts submissions in the form of Abstracts, Extended Abstracts, Posters, and Oral Presentations. Authors should clearly present the objectives, methodology, results, and significance of their work while maintaining scientific rigor and clarity. Accepted contributions will be included in the conference program and presented during the event. It is possible to submit 2 abstracts per Conference Fee (Presentation / Poster).

Abstract: A concise summary of the research work, typically limited to one page, highlighting the study objectives, methodology, key findings, and main conclusions. The Programme Committee reserves the right to change the classification of the contribution (lectures/posters) or refuse it.
Max. 200 words without quotation and references. Please input the Abstract into the conference system.

Extended Abstract: An extended abstract should provide a thorough overview of the study, covering all core scientific components. The research background must contextualize the problem within existing literature and clearly state the gap being addressed. The methodology section should describe the experimental or analytical approach, including data sources, instruments, and procedures used. Results must be presented with sufficient specificity key findings, quantitative data, or observed trends should be highlighted. The discussion should interpret findings in relation to research objectives and prior work. Conclusions must articulate the significance and impact of the work. Submissions must follow the official conference template: maximum 8 pages, Times New Roman font, size 12, and references formatted in IEEE style. All submissions must demonstrate clear scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the conference themes.

Poster: Maximal poster dimensions: 60 cm (width) x 84 cm (height) – A1 format. The posters will be numbered in the Conference Program. Additionally, we are encouraging you to send us the full text (of your poster) that can be published on this site just after the Conference.

Presentation: We ask all authors of lectures to create a presentation. The duration of your speech is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion after your presentation. Format of presentation: PowerPoint (MS Office 2000 and newer) or Adobe Acrobat, font sizes 40 pt. File size max. 50 MB. Presentations should be clear, legible so that texts, pictures, graphs, tables and equations are clearly visible from a distance. It is necessary to test and upload your presentation before your Session.

As it was in 2025, we plan to publish the conference proceedings (indexed in Scopus) based on the submitted extended abstracts.
