Authors, attendees, sponsors, and partners are encouraged to complete their submissions and registrations according to the schedule below. Adhering to these dates will ensure a smooth review process, effective conference planning, and successful participation in the 35th Edition of the conference. It should be noted that accommodation arrangements should be made individually by the participants. The ECOpole Conference only facilitates reservations at the TUL Harcov dormitories for participants who select this accommodation option during the registration process. The accommodation will be reserved on their behalf; however, participants are responsible for paying the accommodation fees directly.
